Are shipping fees refundable?

At this time, all shipping fees are non-refundable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

What is a return tracking number?

When returning a product, we strongly recommend purchasing tracking for your parcel, as we are only able to refund items received at the warehouse.

 

When will I get my refund?

 

Can you refund on to another card?

We cannot refund your order onto a different card. Your refund will be issued to the card used on your order. If we issue a refund and the payment is declined, we will then issue your refund via PayPal, but the transaction must be declined first.

All our parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

Tracked 24 is typically delivered within 24 hours but can take from 1-3 days.   If you want a guaranteed next day delivery place a Special Delivery for £7.99.  

Special Delivery arrives before 1pm the next day.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email.
