What is Pro Numb numbing cream used for?
Pro Numb numbing cream has a wide range of uses, since it is safe to use anywhere on the body. Uses include: Lip fillers, Permanent Makeup, Tattoo, Fibro blasting, Laser tattoo removal, Laser hair removal, Waxing, Injections, Blood tests, Vaccinations, Piercings and all other cosmetic skin treatments.
How many tubes of Pro Numb numbing cream will I need?
Pro Numb comes in 10g tubes, which is enough to cover the area of the firearm or the neck, if applied with a thick layer as directed. For a full arm or tummy area you would need 2-3 tubes.
How long will Pro Numb numbing cream last for?
Pro Numb lasts for up to 3-5 hours if applied as directed. It will gradually become less effective, and sensitivity will start to return to that area of the skin after this time.

How do I apply Pro Numb numbing cream?
Will Pro Numb numbing cream effect my ink or tattoo?
No, our numbing cream is water based, not oil based, so the ink, tattoo and the healing process wont be affected at all.
Can I apply Pro Numb after the skin has been broken?
No, Pro Numb numbing cream is only designed for use before your procedure. It requires you to apply the product to unbroken skin and wait for around an hour before your procedure begins in order to allow the active ingredients to take effect.
If you want a product that you can apply during your procedure after the skin is broken, you should use Pro Numb numbing gel which is ideal for this purpose.
What is the expiry date of your products?
The shelf life for our numbing creams is 1 year when unopened and stored at room temperature, however, each product has its own expiry date printed on the tube.
How do I store your products?
We recommend storing our numbing creams in a cool dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once the product is opened it must be refrigerated and used within 14 days.
How long can I keep Pro Numb numbing cream once opened?
Pro Numb numbing cream remains aseptic until you open it. Since it does not contain any chemical preservatives, you should use it within 14 days after breaking the seal. Once opened keep refrigerated.

When can I expect a response to my email?
Our team is working very hard, but we are experiencing very rapid growth at this time. While we are expanding our resources, our aim is to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that our response times may vary during peak periods such as after product launches or promotions.
Can I place an order over the phone?

ORDER INQUIRIES
Can I cancel my order?
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that all information and the contents of your order are correct. Please be advised that once an order is placed it cannot be modified.
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of the order being placed and with our service hours (Monday-Friday, (9:00am-4pm GMT). While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will try our best to accommodate where possible. Please note, we have very limited support on weekends and public/bank holidays.
Can I add items to my order after it is placed?
We work fast and proficiently with our orders. Adding an item to an existing order may not be possible if it is dispatched. You may place a new order and it will be shipped out separately. We advise contacting the customer care team at info@pro-numb.com.
I placed an order on your website and never received a confirmation email.
Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check the spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam.
If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please fill out the contact page and we will be happy to assist further. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email.
There’s an item damaged!
Oh no! We’re so sorry about this. Any damaged orders should be brought to our attention immediately (max 7 days) upon receipt. We may request additional photos of the damaged items so please do not throw them away until you have connected with our team, or we will not be able to further assist.
My order is stuck with customs!
When travelling across borders, your order may be held up at customs. Sadly, we do not have any control over this, we are all at the mercy of your country’s customs officials. Please be aware that there is always the potential for international orders to get caught up in the system and your package may be delayed for up to 2 weeks. This is not a common occurrence, but it can happen. Once we’ve shipped your package, we cannot do anything once it is in the possession of customs officials and your country’s postal service.

What methods of payment do you currently accept?
We accept all major credit cards. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card user. We also accept PayPal.

Are shipping fees refundable?
At this time, all shipping fees are non-refundable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is a return tracking number?
When returning a product, we strongly recommend purchasing tracking for your parcel, as we are only able to refund items received at the warehouse.
When will I get my refund?
Can you refund on to another card?
We cannot refund your order onto a different card. Your refund will be issued to the card used on your order. If we issue a refund and the payment is declined, we will then issue your refund via PayPal, but the transaction must be declined first.
Shipping Policy
We offer 2 UK delivery options:
Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery), and Tracked 24 (usually next day delivery but may be delayed). Orders placed before 4pm GMT will be shipped the same day. Royal Mail tracking numbers will be sent with order confirmation.
International Shipping:
Takes 5-7 working days, subject to national postal services - please refer to the website for country specific delivery
