We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery (or attempted delivery) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will be expected to cover the cost of returning the item using a tracked service.
All returns are inspected when received, if the product is unfit for reselling, we will not process the refund.
Our policy only lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after this period.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
If a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid.
Once we’ve received your item and it’s been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and confirm if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we’ll credit your original method of payment within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 days for the credit to arrive back in your account.
